We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Product Management Associates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a successful Product Manager in the field of mobile device and accessories distribution. As a Product Management Associate, you will support the Product Manager in various responsibilities, learn about the industry, and contribute to the success of our product portfolio, including the development of sales with organized retailers. Responsibilities:

 • Assist the Product Managers in defining the product vision and roadmap for mobile device and accessories distribution

. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape

. • Support the product team in bringing mobile device and accessories products to market, collaborating with brands, suppliers, and logistics partners. 

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales with organized retailers, including identifying target retailers, negotiating terms, and managing relationships.

 • Track and evaluate product performance, including sales data, market share, and customer feedback.

 • Contribute to pricing strategies, cost-saving initiatives, and revenue-generating opportunities to optimize profitability. 

• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to mobile device and accessories distribution. 

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with brands, suppliers, logistics partners, and organized retailers to establish successful partnerships.

 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing product management activities. Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field

. • Strong interest in pursuing a career in product management, specifically in the distribution of mobile devices and accessories.

 • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. 

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.

 • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

 • Knowledge or experience in supply chain management, logistics, or mobile device industry is a plus. 

Skills:

 • Passion for product management and the mobile device and accessories industry.

 • Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, analyze data, and derive actionable insights

. • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with partners, and negotiate with organized retailers.

 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentations.
