Currently, for our Delivery team in Tunisia, we are looking for an :

- Operation Manager

Under the responsibility of our Delivery Director, your role as our Operational Manager In Tunis will be to oversee the operations of iCOVER's affiliate in Tunisia, on operational/delivery purpose.

The person will be responsible for managing overall operations, ensuring stability in employee relations, deployment of the best practices, including collaboration with the others departments and countries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization
  • Ensure the implementation of our strategy designed to grow the business
  • Provide direct management of team leaders and the whole team
  • Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
  • Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers
  • Be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the department through the provision of effective methods and strategies
  • Be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the services department
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
  • Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
  • Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor and assist the Delivery team to evaluate performance.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements;
  • Ensure that quality is in line with quality KPI’s;
  • Builds new processes in the most efficient way.
  • Maintains written policies, standard operating procedures and process flows in accordance with company policy and customer requests.
  • Collects, evaluates, and analyzes data in a variety of approaches.
  • Develops processes to improve operational performance in accordance with our policies
  • Explore data to identify opportunities improving business results
  • Maintain concise records and documentation
  • Participate in the Group's development projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Regional expertise and strategic planning
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Attention to detail in managing budgets, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • good intercultural awareness
