- Operation Manager

Under the responsibility of our Delivery Director, your role as our Operational Manager In Tunis will be to oversee the operations of iCOVER's affiliate in Tunisia, on operational/delivery purpose.
The person will be responsible for managing overall operations, ensuring stability in employee relations, deployment of the best practices, including collaboration with the others departments and countries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization
- Ensure the implementation of our strategy designed to grow the business
- Provide direct management of team leaders and the whole team
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
- Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers
- Be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the department through the provision of effective methods and strategies
- Be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the services department
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Monitor and assist the Delivery team to evaluate performance.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements;
- Ensure that quality is in line with quality KPI’s;
- Builds new processes in the most efficient way.
- Maintains written policies, standard operating procedures and process flows in accordance with company policy and customer requests.
- Collects, evaluates, and analyzes data in a variety of approaches.
- Develops processes to improve operational performance in accordance with our policies
- Explore data to identify opportunities improving business results
- Maintain concise records and documentation
- Participate in the Group's development projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Regional expertise and strategic planning
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Attention to detail in managing budgets, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent time-management skills
- good intercultural awareness
