Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.
One of our clients is a technology start-up providing a data acquisition, analytics, and reporting solution for investors and asset services. The software platform uses a variety of machine intelligence techniques to automate the understanding of unstructured and semi-structured documents, transforming them into data and delivering it to the different private market participants.
In this context, we are hiring a bookkeeper that will work with the Business Management team from Tunis. Your role will be providing comprehensive support to the Chief of Staff, specifically in the areas of financial management and reporting. This includes actively assisting in the preparation of timely and precise financial statements and ensuring accuracy throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
• Invoice management and reconciliations
• Ensuring ledgers remain up to date on an ongoing basis
• Tracking and processing of Payables and Receivables
• Tracking and processing of expenses claims
• Consolidating and manipulating data as inputs for reporting requirements, e.g., investor requests, tax returns, audits
• Supporting the payroll process across multiple locations (UK, France, and Canada)
Qualifications:
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Meticulous, detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field an advantage
• Professional accounting certification in ACCA/CIMA/AAT is an advantage
• Knowledge of the accounting platforms Xero and Dext an advantage
• Knowledge of French an advantage
