For our Tunisian Production Site based in Sousse, a branch of the European Headquarters in Germany, we are looking for:

Production and Maintenance Responsible (m/f)

Report directly to the production manager your Tasks will be:

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Supervise the manufacturing processes and ensure quality work.
• Provide training for operators for our production process.
• Establish safety procedures, protocols and works instructions.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Perform general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
• Coordination with external service provider

Job Profile

• Bachelor or Engineering degree.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge in maintenance and production.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proven experience in the engineering field.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
