The Marketing Director will be responsible for the marketing strategy of Technical & vocational education and training (TVET) within the group.
He will develop and execute strategies and tactics to reach expected target audience,
He will ensure that our positionning in the market place is unique for the taget customer segment and that the marketing plan drives achievement of projected growth.
The following section outlines a more detailed, but not exhaustive, description of the duties pertinent to this post.
Roles & responsabilities:
Develop coherent and data enabled marketing & communication strategy accross all touchpoints
Develop, lead and coach the marketing team
Steer the TVET businesss via close monitoring of marketing metrics
Work with TVET leadership & enrollment management to develop the business
Develop unique messaging and positioning for each audience and program area
Develop & execute channels specific goals
Track performance of marketing strategy through measurement & analysis of prospective student inquiries, conversion and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI.

Minimum Requirements
Experience:
2+ years of experience in equivalent Marketing positions
10+ years in marketing
