ArabyAds is seeking an experienced Senior Data Manager to lead our advertising campaigns and drive targeted results. As a Senior Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing advanced strategies to engage with our target audiences effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall success of our digital advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop precise target audiences for each campaign based on deep insights into consumer mindsets and motivations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in day-to-day campaign execution.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Come up with forward-thinking strategies and innovations to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Conduct thorough performance analysis of each audience through rigorous testing, making data-driven optimization recommendations when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the data management platform and ad ops team to provide comprehensive insights and campaign learnings during and after campaign flights.
- Ensure accurate dissemination of audience requests during the media planning process.
- Manage Data Management Platforms (DMPs) like Lotame, Permutive, or similar, leveraging first-party, second-party, and third-party audiences for Paid Social, Programmatic, and Direct Publisher platforms.
- Deploy the right audience for each unique brand/title, keeping a keen eye on consumer behavior and mindsets.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in publisher, media agencies, media technology platforms, or general advertising agencies.
- In-depth understanding of the DSP, SSP, DMP ecosystem, with a preference for direct in-platform experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- A deep passion for data analytics and a clear understanding of its impact on business outcomes.
- Expertise in the technologies that support online and mobile advertising operations, including ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, HTML, XML, and third-party ad tags.
- Proficiency in the Google suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a requirement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to excel both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
