Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Global clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Treat in timely manner customer’s requests

Assist sales and pre-sales with the client onboarding process

Interact with the development team and act as project manager to escalate critical issue
-
Act as the main point of contact during the platform implementation and client training.

Contribute to the wiki page by documenting issues and solution related to your position
-
ensure a timely fulfillment for client orders against the different fulfillment centers and follow up with warehouses, shipping providers and freight forwarders.

track and maintain logistic providers KPIs, follow up on enhancement requests to improve the logistic services
-
Provide periodic reports on the logistic activity

Report and track client account issues and own their resolution in a timely manner.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
-
Bachelor Degree in Computer science or related field with an IT background

Highly organized person with ability to operate under time constraint
-
Problem solving ability and good analytical skills.
-
Good understanding of the supply chain management: Inventory management, incoterms and multi-modal transportation
-
E-Commerce knowledge is desirable
-
Good written/verbal English communication skills.

Good IT skills, advanced knowledge in Excel in required, experience with python and other programming languages and SQL is a plus
