We are seeking multiple individuals to push sales and generate growth in a software startup environment.
You will sell our software to clients while helping to formulate and implement short and long‐term sales‐growth strategies which will accelerate the adoption of our software by cloud providers located around the world.
This will involve identifying these clients and building lasting relationships with them. Think “consultative sales” not “call‐center sales”.
Key Tasks :
- Convert potential customers to customers by formulating and articulating compelling value propositions. To do this you'll need to understand our product, the cloud market, and the needs of our users.
- Effectively follow sales and demo strategies. Track sales and relationships within our CRM software.
- Help to formulate creative strategies to find and communicate with potential clients.
- Help to formulate creative strategies to build and maintain the reputation of our software.
- Build and maintain close relationships with both partial users and potential users to accelerate adoption of our software.
- Seek to develop long term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Empathize and listen carefully to both clients and potential clients to gather and passion feedback.
Skills and Traits :
- If you are the ideal candidate, you're likely a people person and feel comfortable meeting new people and making friends quickly.
- You are data driven, flexible, and seek to both prove and disprove your creative ideas through testing.
- You possess sales skills which allow you to easily engage the decision makers of small, medium, and large sized cloud providers, as well as managed service providers and others looking to enter the cloud market.
- You are excellent at communicating in both written and spoken English (CER C1 or above) and have the professionalism needed to communicate with potential clients from around the world (especially North American and European).
- Technical knowledge of our software will need to be learned, therefore a familiarity and fluency with technology is highly desirable but non‐essential.
- Valued areas of work experience include: client relations, marketing, growth hacking, and business development through on‐line channels.
- Valued education: BAC +3 / BAC +5 in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, etc. Technical and engineering backgrounds are welcome to apply.
