Main Missions :
- Desktop support level 1.
- Supervise network and IT infrastructure.
- Use Ivanti ITSM efficiently daily for IT incidents and IT services handling.
- Control and properly supervise IT hardware and software assets.
- Perform 8D Analysis for Application related issues, and monitor resolution with key stakeholders.
- Ensure meeting Monthly KPI’s targets.
- Ensure effective participation in location related IT projects.
- Professional and dynamic, the IT Support technician should react actively to the business needs
To be successful for this role :
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
- Previous Experience in automotive Industry is appreciated
- Windows Desktop support tools
- CISCO networking.
- Windows system administration.
- Support & Helpdesk software usage.
- Application support.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English
