In relation to its business needs in Tunisia, the company is looking for the following profile: 

   Plant Controller

Main Missions:

·  The Plant Controller is responsible for planning and controlling of company activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices.

·  This role will report hierarchically to the company General Manager and functionally to the Operation Controlling Manager.

·  Key areas of responsibility will include spend analysis, material & labour variance, budgeting and forecasting, KPI (key performance indicators) management and reporting, asset safeguarding and evaluating improvement projects.

·  Spend Analysis and Control:

·  Investigation in weekly/monthly dashboard of spending, highlighting opportunities for improvement.

·  Elaboration and analysis of manufacturing variances vs. budget/forecast/last month/previous year.

·  Review manufacturing variances (materials & labour) with management.

·  Monitors spending on key categories and support company initiatives to reduce cots.

·  Elaboration of manufacturing rates and standard costing.

·  KPI & Financial Management: 

·  Review weekly/monthly KPI data with management.

·  Understand trends and help analyse root causes.

·  Ensure new KPIs are correctly implemented in line with company standards.

·  Cooperate with Administration and Finance department to prepare regular borrowing base report and to support periodic collateral audits.

·  Budget and Forecast:

·  Prepare the forecasts and the annual budget for the company.

·  Asset Safeguarding:

·  Supervision of inventory stocktakes in-line with company instructions, documentation of results and suggestion of improvements.

·  When required, participation in capital expenditure development.

Profile requirement:

·  Bachelors’ degree in Account, finance or related.

·  Previous experience in manufacturing companies (2-3 years).

·  SAP knowledge in CO/FI module (plus).

·  Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
