Tasks:
Monitoring of the customers portals
Follow up of customer scorecards.
Support customers in case of complaints or alerts.
Ensure complaint’s analysis and related documents, analysis results and figures.
Define short term, medium and long-term countermeasures in collaboration with the process owners and specialist departments.
Create 8D reports under CAQ system, including submission to customers.
