Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical diploma or relevant certification in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff.
