Principal Responsibilities :
- Support HR team for delivering HR based activities and cycle.
- Support HR team in recruitment process :
- Screening & shortlisting
- Interview arrangements
- References and background check
- Developing recruitment reports
- Filing
- Support HR team for other assigned HR processes management (filing, archiving -electronic and hard, timesheet, insurance, performance management, contractors, trainings , internships …)
Handle day to day HR activities and employee services.

Educational Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Baccalaureate Diploma
- Work experience in a similar position in multicultural organisation is preferred.
Specialist Knowledge/Languages / Skills :
- Good Knowledge HR processes and procedures.
- Good use of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Skilled in both written and verbal communication in English, Arabic and French.
- A team player, willing to work hard to build strong and productive relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to analyse and interprete data.
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands and changes in the work environment
- Ability to deal with frequent interruptions, changes, delays, or unexpected events
- Strong sense of business ethics, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, to consult effectively and collaborate with others
