In relation to its business needs in Tunisia, the company is looking for the following profile:
Electronics Customer Quality Engineer
Missions:
The resource, who will report to the Customers Quality manager, will be part of a team dealing with activities such as:
- Supervision of the technical analysis activities of electronic boards
- Management and coordination of the technical analysis team
- Analysis and resolution of complaints by implementing the corrective and preventive measures in collaboration with the Quality and Production teams
- Generation of accurate and timely reports on analysed data
- Collaborate with internal team and headquarter as technical interface
- Optimize the analysis processes and improve existing methodologies
Requirements:
- Technical Background in Electronics
- Fluent knowledge of the English language (Italian language is a plus)
- Management and Leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and of the main Microsoft Office programs
- Degree in electronics or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively and teamworking
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
