VEO Worldwide is a B2B services provider, based in Europe, with 17 years of activity. We constantly search for solutions to help business owners capitalize on their unsold stocks (past collections, short expiry products, cancelled orders) and become efficient.

We challenge you to join our recruitment department at our VEO Sousse office as a As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will play an important role in attracting top talent to support our business objectives and drive our continued success. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with senior management and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans aligned with organizational needs.

Utilizing various channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

Conducting thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, external recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience and efficient hiring process.

Developing and promoting the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and differentiate the organization as an employer of choice.

Analyzing recruitment metrics and to identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments.

Providing trainings, guidance, support and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team.

Requirements:

·  Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter

·  Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

·  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.

·  Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

·  Foreign languages: English and French - minimum level B2
