Advancia Teleservices is looking for dynamic and motivated Customer advisors to join its team.
Context of the operation :
English-language user support in inbound calls & chat on behalf of a global leader in video equipment.
As a Customer advisor, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer care to our English native speakers customers.
You will be tasked with answering incoming calls and chats, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate informations about our products and services and guarantee a high customer satisfaction level.
What we offer :
- Salary: 1200 DT for a 40-hour with 2 days off per week
