The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure efficient operation and safety. He play a crucial role in preventing equipment downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the maintenance of the mold park according to structured maintenance plans
• Carrying out first and second level preventive maintenance
• management of materials used
• Carry out repairs using documents relating to mold operation
• Maintaining the work environment in good order and clean
• Guarantee the proper functioning of all tools used in production
• knowledge of Arburg, Demag, Krauss machines
• very good electrical knowledge
• over mold knowledge
• Creation of the daily preventive schedule
• Ensure line curative intervention according to procedure
• Complete the intervention form
• Common tool management
• Complete the spare parts release forms
• Complete the preventive activity report
• Consolidation of file and request for curative and preventive intervention within deadlines
• Monitoring of PDCA Continuous improvement
• Participate in the daily QRQC meeting
• Ensure general maintenance of buildings
• Maintain or restore production equipment in working order

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Understanding of safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
