We are currently looking for a person for the position

Marketing & Communications Specialist

Main responsibilities: 

  1. Develop and execute communication strategies, plans, and campaigns that align with the organization's goals, culture, and values
  2. Create and manage internal communication channels, such as intranet, emails, newsletters, social media, and events
  3. Write, edit, and proofread internal communication materials, including announcements, articles, presentations, and videos
  4. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of internal communication messages and content
  5. Provide communication guidance and support to HR leaders and managers to effectively communicate with their teams
  6. Measure and analyze the effectiveness communication programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in internal communication

Requirements and skills : 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, English, Journalism or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a communications role..
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  4. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Must have excellent computer skills particularly with software applications like Word and PowerPoint.
  6. Knowledge of Associated Press writing style guide.
  7. Must have the ability to effectively prioritize projects and multi-task.
  8. Must be an efficient time manager.
  9. Must have strong public speaking skills.
  10. Must be highly detail oriented.
  11. Expert knowledge of the company’s mission statement and product and service offerings.
  12. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  13. Must have exceptional networking skills.
  14. Must be able to establish firm and reliable contacts in various media outlets.
