Binit Consulting & Services (BinitC&S) and Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) are Consulting and Services companies operating in the ITO and BPO fields. BinitC&S is based in Europe and BinitNS is its subsidiary based in Tunis. We advise our European clients in the IT field, supporting them with the transformation of their infrastructure, the choice of business software packages, the development of specific softwares, the Data and Business Intelligence development, and testing processes. Our expertise extends to operational business processes in the areas of banking, insurance telecommunications, as well as in supply chain management. We support our clients in expanding their teams in a nearshore center in Tunisia.
In this context, we are looking for a Marketing & Sales PMO to join our team in Tunisia and to work on the Dutch and French markets.
1 - Marketing Tasks:
- Enhance Binit C&S’ communications and marketing materials including website, presentations, etc.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including online advertising, events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors' activities, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Ensure following-up on potential prospect opportunities.
- Coordinate prospecting activities for smooth operations.
- Source potential clients.
- Provide reporting to the business developer.
- Keep client databases up to date. Input relevant information into the CRM system and generate reports on sales activities.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the team by scheduling meetings, handling emails, and preparing documents.
- Excellent communication in French and English.
- A degree from a business school or similar institution.
- 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Possessing an innovative mindset, good listening skills, and great attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally. Good working conditions and package
