BeeCall is looking for an Account receivable specialist to join the team.

The account receivable specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial data entry, performing reconciliations, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, filling government and tax reports and assisting in the budgeting process.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Sage Accpac, Microsoft Office etc.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication, and written English skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

Are assets:

  • Experienced in filing corporate T2 income reports
  • Experience in filing CRTC reports
  • Experience in filing Sales tax report
  • CPA designation or progress towards CPA

Job Specifics:

  • Hours of Work Per Week: 40 hours
  • Constraints: Available to work nights, holidays, and on a shifting schedule.
  • The position is based at SFAX, and will require the candidate’s availability or ability to move to our offices in Sfax.
