Generic responsibilities & duties
The Collaborative Solutions Developer reports to the local CWS Tunis group leader and acts as technical referrer in his/her field of expertise. He/she
o Coaches and assists citizen developers in collecting and identifying functional requirements
o provides best practice recommendations to assist CCS customers with the design, development and deployment of collaborative solutions
o supports in all project phases: specification, design, and integration of solutions & apps
o promotes adapted technical solutions: technical or functional software design, choice of tools, methodologies in line with needs and objectives
o supports 3rd level of incidents & requests related to Power Platform
o ensures that project documentation & knowledge bases of his/her scope of responsibility are permanently up to date.
o is an active and contributing member of the PowerPlatform Service Center team as well of the technical community
o Works with other internal or external technical experts / partners on solving problems
o Supports long-term citizen development adoption within the company
o Supports best practices for the Power Platform technology stack
o Respects all relevant architecture governance, policies, and standards to develop and maintain applications aligned with user needs
Qualifications:
Core skills
o Software Engineering
o Advanced Knowledge in Low/No Code development (Power Platform: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerVirtualAgents)
o Technical Knowledge in Office365 products related to Collaborative scope (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, admin console)
o Knowledge in Power Platform ALM Tools
o Business systems analysis and support experience
o Proven experience with Canvas Apps including Building pages/navigation/formulas, using connectors & flows
o Proven experience with Power Automate understanding of best practices and limitations
o Experience with CoE Toolkit including understanding and exploitation of CoE Toolkit components
o Proven experience and exposure to business audience
o Proven experience in solutions full lifecycle management from requirements gathering through to implementation and maintenance operations
o Certifications PL-900, PL-400, PL-100 are a plus
o
Fluent in English
