We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Business Intelligence Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of BI applications and providing excellent support to our users. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and user satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve user requests and incidents related to BI applications.
- Identify and report potential design/implementation issues of managed applications.
- Collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve incidents.
- Identify and propose solutions for complex, atypical incidents.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of BI processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure the quality of IT BI services provided according to KPIs (SLA adherence, client satisfaction surveys).
- Monitor the GLPI platform to address all level N1 requests and incidents in compliance with SLA.
- Communicate in a positive, professional and efficient manner to resolve user requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar support role (e.g. 3 to 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of BI applications and tools (e.g. Cognos, Tableau, Qlik).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
- Proficient in creating and updating technical documentation and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different IT teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with IT service management platforms like GLPI.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with SLA’s and maintaining high client satisfaction.
