We are searching for a skilled BI Specialist to join our team in Tunis.
As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving our business processes by developing and managing performance indicators and reports.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Identify, create, and calculate key performance indicators (KPI’s) to reflect the analyzed activity as objectively as possible based on client needs.
- Develop and deliver Cognos reports tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Define control tools and performance indicators to monitor activity progress and anticipate potential inconsistencies.
- Automate existing reports to improve efficiency.
- Organize meetings with clients to understand their specific business requirements and development needs.
- Conduct studies and provide insights to support operational managers in their decision-making processes.
Required Qualities and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in French and English (B1 level).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with BI tools (Cognos or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and rigorous.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on attentiveness and availability.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
