We are searching for a skilled BI Specialist to join our team in Tunis.

As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving our business processes by developing and managing performance indicators and reports.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Identify, create, and calculate key performance indicators (KPI’s) to reflect the analyzed activity as objectively as possible based on client needs.
• Develop and deliver Cognos reports tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Define control tools and performance indicators to monitor activity progress and anticipate potential inconsistencies.
• Automate existing reports to improve efficiency.
• Organize meetings with clients to understand their specific business requirements and development needs.
• Conduct studies and provide insights to support operational managers in their decision-making processes.

Required Qualities and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in French and English (B1 level).
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with BI tools (Cognos or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and rigorous.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on attentiveness and availability.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
