You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries by monitoring them in the CRM-Salesforce platform and addressing them either by answering customer calls or returning them. You will oversee each inquiry from start to finish, ensuring it is resolved either personally or by coordinating with other team members for technical issues. Additionally, you will handle and record incoming parts requests via phone, fax, email, and the web portal. You will prepare and track parts quotations, process parts orders, and keep customers informed about expected delivery times, including checking schedules and potential delays. Furthermore, you will verify delivery dates, manage retrofits, oversee important projects, handle returns, and coordinate package deals.

A university degree and at least 3 years of experience in a customer service environment. A background in the printing or packaging industry is highly desirable. Additionally, fluency in Arabic, French, and English is required to effectively communicate and address customer needs across diverse linguistic backgrounds.
