Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a knack for discovering exceptional talent?
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who is going to be responsible for setting up and delivering the selection process and collaborating with the local hiring managers.
Skills and Abilities Required:
· 4+ year of experience in a Recruitment role;
· Microsoft Office Suite proficient;
· Advanced level of English and French (B2-C1;
· Drive, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Qualities We Look For:
· Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter;
· Experience recruiting for various positions(HR, Payroll, Quality, IT, Reporting, Commercial) is a big plus.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage and drive a structured interview process;
· Prescreen applications, select and refer qualified candidates, and conduct initial interviews as needed;
· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop announcements;
· Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates;
· Consult with hiring managers on recruitment processes, and the development of recruitment strategies to decrease the time to hire;
· Work on initiatives to attract strong candidates;
· Attend career fairs and conferences to promote the company and diversify the pool of potential candidates for future positions;
· Build and maintain a database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
