Our Client is a multinational company headquartered in Paris and with a presence in several countries around the world

that provides international wholesale background screening solutions. It's services are focused on pre-employment

screening checks for individuals across the world. These activities are performed in accordance with the applicable data

protection laws.

  • Thorough analysis, review and validation of solutions and/or third parties (including but not limited to the ones suggested by the Sourcing Experts). Those consist of different product, legal and compliance aspects, as well as procedural and technological aspects, and cost-related details.
  • Implementation and structuring of solutions concerning the related product portfolios.
  • Creation and implementation of quality controls for each relevant component type and component.
  • Where required, engaging third parties in solution-fulfillment. Such include but are not limited to: partners/vendors, software, subscription services, freelance. Direct communication with the Partner Specialist for the completion, maintenance and governance of contracts with third parties, as well as direct communication with all internal stakeholders for the implementation of the third-party process.
  • Regular review of existing products and restructuring or amending them if needed, providing the relevant argumentation and feedback.
  • Continuous monitoring of KPIs, as well as of development of industry and product-specific expertise and engaging inand shaping potential training environments for self- and team- development.
  • Designing and documenting statistics related to the product family – including but not limited to: monitoring and reporting new and existing solutions, volume of sales, potential or existing profit per product, escalations, technical solutions, and others.
  • Responding to and resolving internal and client escalations.
  • Operationally proficient in IRIS proprietary research tool (where applicable, with the support of the IT team), in order to maintain the related product portfolio in compliant manner for both internal and external usage (e.g. workflows, gathering forms, scrapers). This includes regular contribution to the Dynamic Standard Catalogue and linked product-related information
  • Coordination with other Product Managers in the Product and Partner Management Team to standardise and enhance research practices and processes, as well as product and service development 

Commercial/Sales Interaction:

● Understanding and handling the requests of the Sales team and the Client Success team and any client

concerns related to new or existing products, as well as providing them with potential solutions or

alternatives.

● Actively participating in the creation of cost-efficient processing in interaction with the Sales and Customer

Care teams.

● Understanding, evaluating


University degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Political Sciences, or Human Sciences.
