Nous conseillons nos clients Européens sur leur stratégie dans nos domaines d’expertise en intervenant pour leur compte en Europe sur place ou à distance. Quand ils le souhaitent, nous les accompagnons dans l’installation d’équipes de proximité (Nearshore) en Tunisie.

Binit Consulting Services (BinitCS) and Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) are Consulting and Services companies operating in the ITO and BPO fields. BinitCS is based in Europe, BinitNS is its subisdiary based in Tunis. We advise our European clients in the IT field, supporting them with the transformation of their infrastructure, the choice of business software packages, the development of specific softwares, the Data and Business Intelligence development, and testing processes.

 

Our expertise extends to operational business processes in the areas of banking, insurance telecommunications, as well as in supply chain management. We support our clients in expanding their teams in a nearshore center in Tunisia.

 

We are looking for a recruiter who will source and recruit potential consultants for BinitCS in Europe and BinitNS in Tunisia.

 

As a recruiter, your role begins with playing a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top-tier Consultants while providing essential administrative support to BinitCS management and the Consultants to allow smooth integration and onboarding processes.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.

·  Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand job requirements.

·  Utilize online job boards, social media, and other channels to actively recruit candidates.

·  Conduct reference checks and background verifications.

·  Manage and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

·  Organize the first interview, focusing on the Soft Skills and the adequacy to the position

·  Assist in the coordination of the follwing interviews and scheduling.

·  Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts.

·  Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

 

 

Required Skills:

·  Master’s Degree required in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

·  1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to administrative tasks.

·  Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

·  Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

·  Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

·  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

·  Excellent analytical insights, reporting presentation, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills in French and English.
