Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.

 

One of our clients is a technology start-up providing a data acquisition, analytics, and reporting solution for investors and asset services. The software platform uses a variety of machine intelligence techniques to automate the understanding of unstructured and semi-structured documents, transforming them into data and delivering it to the different private market participants.

 

For this client that undergoes a rapid and transformational change to scale to its expanding client base, we are looking to hire a “Revenue and Operations Analyst “based in Tunis but working closely with the teams in London and Paris.

 

This multi-disciplinary role combines a range of business analytics and support responsibilities. A large part of the role will be dedicated to sales and marketing operations, including ensuring a high-quality flow of information between the commercial team and management for financial reporting, analysis and planning, as well as providing more general business support. In addition, the role will be assigned ownership of specific processes in support of core finance, risk and operations activities, and have the opportunity to be involved in strategic change and business management projects on a case-by-case basis.

 

Your Missions:

 

Revenue Operations:

 

·  Extract, manipulate and analyze data from sales and marketing systems (e.g. MQL, SQL pipeline, funnel and conversion analysis) to generate actionable insights or inform management decisions.

·  Investigate and address gaps in the sales and marketing processes and metrics to maximize the value of the CRM and other key data sources.

·  Build and curate regular reporting and dashboards for sales and marketing.

·  Provide general business support around sales and marketing activities, including setting up sales and marketing platforms (e.g. to organize and execute sales campaigns), manage marketing content and logistics (e.g. for events, webinars), helping ensure smooth communication and coordination between different teams to enable commercial goals.

 

Core Risk, Operations and Finance:

·  Provide a sales and marketing lens to core risk, operations and finance discussions and planning.

·  Support the Financial Controller in financial analysis and reporting, especially with respect to commercial activities, investment and returns.

·  Support the Risk & Operations Manager in maintaining key risk and legal resources with respect to commercial activities.

·  Provide other support for operations and finance processes, including in the oversight and tracking of company supplier relationships, payments, and cost allocations.

 

 Your qualifications:

 

·  Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to comprehend, organize, and articulate thoughts clearly and concisely, whether spoken or written.

·  Numeracy and a confidence with interpreting and utilizing numbers to back up business decisions

·  Structured and logical approach to problem solving and managing time, ensuring activities and deliverables are consistently and clearly planned, executed and documented.

·  Self-learner willing to take on new and potentially unfamiliar tasks.

·  Adaptability and commitment to achieving ‘the art of the possible.

·  PowerPoint and Excel experience.

·  Interest in business analysis, technology and fintech beneficial

·  Master’s degree in business analytics, or similar field

·  3/4 years of experience
