Multinational company in automotive field located in Sousse is looking for,
Data Analyst
The primary purpose of a business analyst is is to serve as a strategic partner to the organization by providing data-driven insights, recommendations, and guidance to support well-informed financial decisions that maximize profitability and minimize risk.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Cost Analysis :
· Conduct a survey comparing transfer prices to third-party prices.
· Identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
· Focus on optimizing pricing strategies for better competitiveness.
2. Data Gathering :
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and compile data related to products , such as bill of materials, labor rates, and production scrap, purchasers…
3.Cost Estimation :
· Develop and maintain cost estimation models and methodologies to accurately calculate the costs of remanufacturing products.
4.Pricing Support :
· Assist in determining pricing strategies and provide cost insights to support competitive pricing decisions.
5.Cost Reporting :
· Prepare regular reports on cost calculations, variances, and trends for management review and decision-making.
6.Cost Validation :
· Validate cost estimates by comparing them with actual costs incurred during the remanufacturing process, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.
7.Continuous Improvement :
· Stay updated on industry trends, cost management techniques, and regulatory. requirements to enhance cost calculation processes and ensure compliance.
8.Stock management
· ABC Analysis in centrale warehouse.
· Inventory Stock valorisation (Core,Wip).
· Forcast purschasing.
· Coordination and sunchronisation of Core and NP.
· Purschasing/availability (delivery time).
· Consumption analyse & report result.
9.Product Life cycle
· Analyse sales Third parties & product availability.
· Define Rootcause / gap.
· Advice and propose action plan.
· Define priorities project plans in engineering to improve opportunities in sales.
· Analyse and advice Core exchange policy.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Education : A master's degree in accounting, finance, engineering or a related field is generally required.
· Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of cost accounting principles is highly desirable.
· Analytical skills : Ability to analyze complex data, identify cost drivers, and perform cost-benefit analysis.
· Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of cost calculations and minimize errors.
· Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and present cost information effectively.
· Problem Solving : Mastery of problem-solving to identify cost reduction opportunities and propose solutions.
· Software Proficiency : Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and cost estimating tools is beneficial.
· Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Manage sensitive information, coordinate communications and support operations at the executive level.
· Experience : 05 to 10 years of experience in Business analysis or related field.
