📍 Location : Sfax

🚀 Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.

🤝 Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

💼 Understand client needs and work with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively.

📈 Monitor key account metrics and provide regular performance updates to clients

💶 Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

🔑 Handle client requests, concerns, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.

🏅 Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Customer Support, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

🎓 Degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.

🎗 Significant experience in account management, sales or customer service or in a similar role, ideally within the food industry.

📊 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

💬 Proficient in English or/and French ; Strong command of the English or/and French languages, both written and verbal.

🗣️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

👨‍🏭 Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office

🌍In-depth knowledge of international markets is a plus.
