JD:

1.Plan, coordinate, and implement effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.

2.Conduct audits and inspections to detect existing or potential risks and health hazards, determines corrective or preventive measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented. Coordinate and conduct internal HSE audits, ensuring that nonconformities should be closed out as per agreed timescales.

3.Any unsafe behaviour, unsafe condition and the problems should be suspended mandatorily during the operation and should be timely reported to the leader of the unit for the analysis and solution. Also, any illegal risky operations should be stopped immediately, and for any violations that do not listen to advice should be stopped, and immediately reported to the unit leader for analysis and solution.

4.Participate in the investigation, analysis and handling of various accidents, and do the accidental statistics records.

5.Supervise and inspect the management of PPE and the work permit system implementation.

6.Responsible for organizing staff safety education and training, conducting new staff induction education, visitor admission education and other trainings from third parties.

7.Regularly participate in safety committee meetings, construction coordination meetings and other HSE trainings.

8.Organize and carry out emergency drills as per various emergency plans at construction plant.

9.Be responsible for HSE annually performance evaluation, and cooperate with the third party to conduct the project HSE Management System audits. 

Requirements:

More than one year of relevant work experience.
