The Junior Import-Export Manager contributes to the export/import process within the company.

He/she is in charge of managing the main stages of the export/import operations.

Main responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the export and import procedure with the quality team.
• Invite customs officer, quality manager and phytosanitary department for truck loading
• Update items and prices in SAGE X3
• Create/Validate invoices in SAGE X3
• Ensure proper administration of export documents
• File declaration in TTN
• Check import documents ( nvoices, packing list, etc.)
• Check and confirm the arrival notification

• Good knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics
• Diploma in logistics
• Good English written and verbal skills
• Strong organization skills
• Good conflict resolution qualities
• Maintain cooperative working relationship
