We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team. The Project Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, allocate resources, track progress, and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Project Schedules:

Create and manage detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources using project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Define Project Scope and Objectives:

Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Resource Planning and Allocation:

Identify and allocate necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to ensure project efficiency and timely completion.

Monitor and Track Project Progress:

Regularly update project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Risk Identification and Mitigation:

Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the project and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.

Reporting and Documentation:

Provide regular status reports, progress updates, and forecasts to project managers and stakeholders.

Ensure proper documentation of project plans and any changes made.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Planner in large-scale projects, preferably in Solar project.

Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

PMP or other project management certification.

Experience in risk management and resource allocation.
