Netinfo - Ecole d'Art et de Technologies is a Tunisian-African school specializing in training for 3D computer graphics, animation, and video game production. Recognized by the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment, the school is an academic partner, an Autodesk certification center, and an Adobe certified training and certification center. Since its establishment in 1999, Netinfo has trained over 15,000 talents and professionals from more than 15 countries, primarily from African nations.

Role Description

  • Support the Marketing Manager: Assist in executing community engagement and promotional activities.
  • Community Interaction: Engage with our online audience by responding to inquiries, participating in discussions, and fostering relationships across social media and forums.
  • Event Organization: Help plan, promote, and manage events, workshops, and webinars, including those throughDigiArtLivingLab (D.A.L.L), our innovation lab.
  • Project Goals Tracking: Follow up on the goals and progress of new projects within the community, ensuring alignment with our brand and mission.
  • Content Creation: Help create engaging content (posts, videos, newsletters) that resonates with our community’s interests and drives engagement.
  • Feedback Gathering :Collect feedback from the community to improve events, workshops, and online content.
  • Monitor Trends: Stay updated on community trends and best practices to keep engagement fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Experience in social media management and community engagement
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in the arts, technology, or education fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
