We are recruiting for the development of our commercial activities within our entity in Tunis (E-T-A-I Tunisia):

- Cover/Telesales Manager (M/F)

[MISSION]

- Supervision and regular monitoring of production teams.

. Develop the skills of the sales team.

- Management of KPI's to measure individual and collective performance.

- Coordination with project managers, our counterparts within the Group.

- Manage projects and schedules.

- Perfect command of the French and English languages, both written and spoken. 

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience in sales team management is required.
