Job Description:

Surrounded by the sales team, your mission is to develop and maintain effective longterm relationships and a high level of satisfaction with assigned client accounts. You have to interact with clients and other departments to constantly improve operational standards and support client needs. You should also contribute to make recommendations for process improvement and communicate to clients as appropriate; and provide training to clients as needed.

Tasks:

  • Ensure that customers are contacted and called on a regular basis to make the selling suggestion and evaluate their satisfaction.
  • Ensure that FoodoMarket is a top choice among their nearby businesses.
  • Reflect the brand image of the company through the presentation of competitive advantages to customers
  • Make complementary selling suggestions with existing options or with newly integrated suppliers to achieve UP-Selling / Cross Selling 
  • Weekly report the market, clients and suppliers’ situations
  • Correctly qualify the CRM with all required information in order to enrich the company's database and assist in customer tracking.
  • Keep suppliers up to date on any changes to customer data in the back office.
  • Create tickets to track the progress of after-sales support and report back to customers.
  • Encourage customers to visit Foodomarket website and demonstrate to them how to use it to have autonomous accounts in the Shop.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You master negotiation and selling techniques.
  • You are capable to multi-task and manage priorities within strict deadlines.
  • You are a great listener with empathetic qualities.
  • You are goal-oriented and strive to please customers.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
  • Dynamic and reactive and most importantly blessed with the power of persuasion
  • You are comfortable with receiving and making phone calls daily
  • You are open to learning and willing to evolve.
  • Your knowledge of the agro-food field, food service, and hotels is a major plus.
