We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo ERP Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in developing and customizing Odoo applications and proven expertise in managing ERP system transitions to Odoo. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and project management skills to ensure a seamless integration and efficient operation of our ERP system. Please note that Odoo experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the project to transition from existing ERP systems to Odoo, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.
  • Analyze and debug Odoo applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee project timelines, allocate resources, and manage stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and transition.
  • Maintain and update existing Odoo modules, ensuring they are up-to-date and functionally robust.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and training to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition and efficient use of the new system.
  • Document all development processes, configurations, and user guides for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing ERP system transitions to Odoo, with a focus on minimizing operational disruption.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Deep understanding of the Odoo framework and module development.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in Odoo development or project management.
  • Experience with Odoo implementation and customization projects.
  • Knowledge of Odoo deployment and maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks.
