Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to join our Data Platform Solutions team, providing essential technical support for applications developed on the Palantir Foundry platform. This role plays a vital part in maintaining application reliability and enhancing user experience, bridging technical performance with business needs.

Overall responsibilities and duties:

  • Act as the primary support contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues within Palantir Foundry applications.

  • Manage and prioritize incident resolution processes, monitoring performance and escalating complex challenges as necessary.

  • Provide end-user assistance on application functionality, responding to queries and helping users maximize their productivity.

  • Document troubleshooting processes, user guides, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and stability.

  • Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and developers to support new deployments and ongoing developments, aligning with evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree/ Computer Science Engineering

  • Basic understanding of data platforms or a strong interest in learning (experience with Palantir Foundry is a plus).

  • Good knowledge of Big data eco systems (Spark & Hadoop)

  • Good knowledge of python & SQL

  • Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL Databases

  • Knowledge of Palantir is a plus

  • Good problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in troubleshooting.

  • Some experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) is a plus.

  • Good communication skills in English,with an ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

  • Good logical & analytical thinking
