QA and Technical Support Assistant – Internship
Work from home
Responsibilities:
Performing manual testing of the application’s features to improve its functionalities.
Reviewing and analyzing system specifications.
Reporting and documenting technical issues.
Provide technical support via email/phone.
Creating and updating support and functional documents.
Communicating with clients on a regular basis regarding progress.
Requirements:
Readiness to learn.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
