Qualifications

  • Degree in International Business, Logistics or similar university degree
  • Fluent oral and written English is necessary
  • Knowledge of the SAP tool (logistics module) and office pack
  • Good ability in negotiation and stress management

Responsibilities

  • Create / Maintain documentation of defined processes
  • Comply with and maintain manual and computerized records such as production schedules, material inventory, in-process production reports and status and location of materials; organize customer shipments, etc...
  • Coordinate the flow of a variety of complex materials to support defined production plans and stated customer requirements
  • Ensure the Implementation of defined processes
  • Roll-out and Implementation of defined processes
  • Work in improvement and design of business processes
  • Interface with department supervisors to communicate production schedules, work orders and resolve production related issues such as insufficient labor and part shortages
  • Ordering components by existing scheduling agreements to achieve optimal stock levels to support production and meet established inventory goals
  • Scheduling of multiple, complex production lines in order to maximize revenues while optimizing the cost of carrying inventory
  • Define and maintain production Kanban quantities
  • Critical parts management
  • Primary contact for customer analysts and production
  • Achieving given KPI’s
  • Compile status reporting regarding material inventory levels and production conformance to schedule
  • Scheduling prototype builds on existing lines
  • Work independently and set own priorities based on objectives set by management
