- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and related information.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist in schedule management.
- Contribute to the development and preparation of project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with standards, requirements, and contractual commitments throughout the project.
- Develop and monitor weekly project study schedules.
- Prepare progress reports on the status of studies and deliverables, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
- Manage and monitor the budget for technical studies and allocated resources.
- Serve as the interface between different stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, design offices, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor the progress of studies and produce regular progress reports.
- Participate in technical meetings and project reviews.
- Ensure technical coordination between project teams (design office, external stakeholders).
- Determine project development phases and the necessary steps for completion.
- Manage project changes and modifications.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of necessary tools, both internally and/or externally.
- Act as a liaison between methods, quality, production, logistics, procurement, and sales functions.
- Use Primavera P6 or MS Project software to track schedules and progress.
